2. Fulfillment Errors
- Returns or replacements will be processed only in cases of fulfillment errors (e.g., incorrect or missing items).
- Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be covered by Perito Moreno.
3. Damage Exclusions
- Perito Moreno is not responsible for damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or any other misuse of products. Such cases are not covered under our returns policy.
